Making puzzles out of photos is great. I’d keep it to one face per puzzle. Initially little ones only need the face cut in half to match up. That’s challenging enough! Older kids can have more pieces. Puzzles for little ones need to be sturdy too, so try gluing the photo onto mdf or thick card.
